The training is provided by Wall Street professionals with years of experience. A Business Analyst is responsible for requirements development and requirements management. Specifically, in the role of a Business Analyst, our consultants elicit, analyze, validate and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements. Our training programs are designed not only to develop necessary technical and business skill sets to gather, analyze and document the business requirements but also to provide solution based on the information gathered by our consultants. Our program also focuses on building leadership skills and other soft skills necessary to lead our client's projects and also to effectively liaison between the end users and the technical developers.
